SIMPLE FUTURE
"The creations of minds shall be a blessing, not a curse to mankind": the curse has been blessed. The ritual pounds to a crescendo for the deaf as a brilliance only dreamt in the eyes of the newly blind devours all colour and light. And in the gun-metal clarity, civilisation unravels, unravels its reason to be: a simple future blanketed in ash. Forgotten instincts return to the fore. True nature reborn in a feast of melted flesh off the bone and drink of the blood that drips from the pores. A simple future. Borrowed time, borrowed world and borrowed eyes with which to sorrow.
